Busser / Food Runner – Front of House Support

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic Busser / Food Runner staff to support the front‑of‑house team at the Logan Inn. You will help deliver a seamless dining experience for guests in a high‑volume, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to tables promptly and accurately.
• Assist servers, keep workstations stocked, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Support dining ambiance with a friendly, graceful attitude and knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Follow sanitation, safety, loss‑prevention, and alcohol‑service policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience as a busser or food runner in a fine‑dining or high‑volume setting.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
