Business Management Director – Korea Customer Focal

About the role

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering solutions for semiconductor and display technologies, is seeking a Business Management Director to serve as the Korea Customer Focal. In this role you will bridge customer needs with internal execution, driving business priorities and technical support for Korean semiconductor customers.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Customer Focal Head and provide technical and operational support aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage customer‑related activities, ensuring compliance with Applied Materials’ business processes.
• Translate customer requirements into internal plans, track build plans and revenue performance, and identify gaps or risks.
• Drive high‑priority initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and the ability to apply technical knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of Applied Materials’ product strategy, operational workflows, and ability to manage internal customers across functions.
