Business Intelligence Manager – Product Cost Analysis

About the role

The role leads product cost analysis for the Business Unit, managing a team that develops, organizes, reports, tracks and synthesizes all cost data affecting gross margin. It provides critical tactical and strategic information on released product cost, cost reduction activities, cost of change, and cost projections for new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and articulate the global Business Intelligence strategy and analytics standards.
• Educate and influence stakeholders across the business and GIS to design and execute the BI roadmap.
• Recruit, train, develop and guide the assigned team, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Lead platform decisions for major solutions, ensuring scalability, security, flexibility and supportability.
• Drive common utilization of BI technology platforms across projects and provide thought leadership to solution architects and data governance analysts.

Required profile

• Manages professional employees and is accountable for team performance within the B/E band.
• Adapts plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Provides technical guidance and influences internal and external partners.
• Demonstrates in‑depth understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and industry impact.
