About the role
Join a fast‑growing AI‑driven health‑tech startup as a Business Development Specialist. You will turn hot marketing leads into qualified sales meetings, bridging the gap between demand generation and enterprise sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize and convert high‑potential leads using multi‑touch, multi‑channel outreach.
- Partner with Account Executives to craft personalized messaging for high‑priority accounts.
- Conduct cold calls, navigate objections and secure qualified meetings.
- Design and execute customized outreach cadences and ABM‑style messaging.
- Research new accounts, build target lists, develop persona playbooks and continuously refine outreach methodology.
- Stay immersed in the healthcare landscape to understand industry trends and challenges.
Required profile
- Experienced sales professional comfortable with cold calling and high‑volume outreach.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Interest in healthcare technology and AI‑enabled care management solutions.
