Business Development Representative - Emergency Response

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to act as an Emergency Response Coordinator for a growing property restoration organization in South Puget Sound. This field‑based position blends relationship building, proactive prospecting, and rapid response to fire and property emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy across Pierce County and South King County.
• Establish and maintain relationships with fire departments, first responders, insurance professionals, property managers, and other community stakeholders.
• Monitor emergency notification systems and respond quickly to fire and property damage incidents.
• Meet with affected homeowners and commercial property owners, assess needs, present restoration solutions, and secure signed agreements.
• Independently manage territory, sales pipeline, and follow‑up activities while collaborating with restoration and operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven outside sales or business development experience with a strong hunter mentality.
• Demonstrated success building professional relationships that generate measurable revenue.
• High self‑motivation, independence, and personal accountability.
• Willingness to respond to emergency opportunities during evenings, overnight hours, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
