Business Development Operations Manager

About the role

The Business Development Operations Manager provides administrative and operational support for Contexture’s Business Development, Operations, and Engagement Department. The role works across multiple business applications to streamline processes and collaborates with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales and program data, generate reports for forecasting and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for departmental and regional metrics.
• Provide administrative data entry support and respond to external inquiries.
• Assist in sales and contracting processes, including outreach documents and presentation materials.
• Coordinate conference exhibits, logistics, registrations, staffing, budgets, and post‑event communications.
• Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding materials, Visio process flow charts, and departmental collateral.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of consultative sales or consulting experience with payers or life‑insurance groups, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to work remotely while residing in Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; or Grand Junction, CO.
