Business Development Account Manager – Baltimore

About the role

UPS is seeking a Business Development Account Manager to drive growth in the Baltimore, MD territory, including Hunt Valley. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and collaboration with marketing.
• Conduct presentations that highlight the value proposition of UPS services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategy.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
