About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Engineering unit in Franklin, Tennessee. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions within the telecom OSS/BSS domain, supporting product‑centric value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Document and elicit business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Participate in coding, integrate new features, and ensure system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and maintain documentation.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for new applications.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Talent for converting complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
