Burn Table Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Burn Table and Plate/Pipe/Angle Roll Operator to join our high‑volume production team in Creola, AL. This full‑time position supports heavy‑fabrication projects and requires immediate, independent operation of CNC burn tables and rolling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Power up and run CNC burn tables, load cutting programs, set torch heights, verify nesting layouts and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Operate 4‑roll plate rolling machines to roll steel up to 1½" thick and 10’ wide, and run 3‑roll pipe and angle rollers for various diameters and sizes.
• Load and unload heavy plates and finished parts safely using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Inspect finished components against engineering drawings, address cut‑quality issues, and prepare parts for welding and fabrication teams.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of professional plate cutting and rolling experience, preferably with carbon or stainless steel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and pass a hands‑on equipment test.
