Breakfast Server – Morning Shift

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Breakfast Server to join Le Suprême, a Parisian‑inspired brasserie in Detroit’s historic Book Tower. The role focuses on delivering a warm, efficient start to guests’ mornings while upholding the restaurant’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, guide them through the breakfast menu, and provide attentive service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, anticipate guest needs, and follow proper service steps.
• Complete opening duties, side work, table settings, station setup, and restocking.
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables and service areas for a clean environment.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary staff, and leadership during service.
• Adhere to Method Co. and Le Suprême standards for food safety, sanitation, appearance, and guest service.

Required profile

• Bright, engaging, and passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous serving or restaurant experience required; upscale, high‑volume, or brasserie experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, warm presence.
• Detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capable of working early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills
