About the role

Join the culinary team at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark and lead the breakfast service for our guests. As a Breakfast Cook you will prepare high‑quality dishes, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and support junior staff to maintain our renowned guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare station‑specific menu items according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Monitor product storage, portion sizes, and special items such as stocks and sauces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas to meet Health Department regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and fully operational.
• Uphold high standards of food production, presentation, and personal hygiene.
• Set up, break down, and prep the station for each shift.
• Follow recipe specifications for all food preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a line cook in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Manual dexterity to use kitchen tools such as knives, slicers, tongs, and spatulas.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lb and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to obtain any required local, state, or federal food‑service certifications.
