Brand Ambassador – Charleston Retail Center

About the role

Tanger is looking for a personable Brand Ambassador to represent the company at its Charleston shopping center, engaging visitors, promoting the TangerClub loyalty program and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the Tanger brand.
• Engage guests across the center, providing information, samples, coupons and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop expert knowledge of stores, amenities, promotions and the TangerClub loyalty program to assist shoppers.
• Distribute marketing materials, collect customer feedback and promote TangerClub sign‑ups using the mobile app.
• Represent Tanger at on‑site and off‑site events, assist with set‑up, breakdown and capture event media.
• Provide administrative support such as handling mail, shipments, updating signage, website and social media channels.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with strong verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors, on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor, patience and the capacity to build relationships with shoppers, retailers and vendors.
