Bobarista (Part‑Time) in Los Altos

About the role

Boba Guys is seeking enthusiastic milk‑tea and coffee lovers to join their Los Altos location as a Bobarista. You will deliver top‑tier hospitality, craft a variety of drinks, and keep the store sparkling clean.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items including milk tea, matcha, coffee, espresso, tea and specialty drinks.
• Handle toppings and ingredients such as boba, fruit purees, and teas.
• Maintain a clean environment by sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, deep‑cleaning equipment, and taking out refuse.
• Engage guests with authentic, candid conversations and build genuine relationships.
• Accurately count cash and coins while operating the register.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Experience in food‑and‑beverage or fast‑paced retail environments.
• Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with teammates.
• Availability to work weekends and mornings, and ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly (up to 40 lb occasionally).
