Bobarista – Part‑Time Hospitality Associate

About the role

Join Boba Guys as a Bobarista, delivering exceptional hospitality and crafting a variety of milk tea, coffee, and specialty drinks. This part‑time position focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items including milk tea, matcha, coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain authentic, candid interactions and build genuine relationships with guests and teammates.
• Produce prepared items and toppings such as boba, fruit purees, and teas.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, deep cleaning equipment, and taking out refuse.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
• Experience in food‑and‑beverage or fast‑paced retail environments.
• Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with guests and the team.
• Availability to work weekends and ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly (up to 40 lb occasionally).
• Ability to accurately handle cash and coin transactions at the register.
