About the role

Boba Guys is seeking enthusiastic milk‑tea and coffee lovers to join their Fillmore location as a part‑time Bobarista. You will deliver exceptional hospitality while preparing a wide range of drinks and maintaining a clean workspace.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve menu items including milk tea, matcha, coffee, espresso, tea and specialty drinks.
Handle all drink toppings such as boba, fruit purees, and teas.
Perform housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, deep‑cleaning equipment, and taking out refuse.
Maintain accurate cash handling and register operations.

Required profile

Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and willing to go above and beyond.
Experience in food‑and‑beverage or fast‑paced retail environments.
Availability to work weekends and ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly (up to 40 lb occasionally).
