Blue Yonder WMS Solution Architect

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for clients in the United States. The role sits within the Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit and focuses on delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable supply‑chain applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design and review solution architecture that aligns with functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for implementation.
• Develop integration strategies across diverse systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases.
• Provide guidance to development teams and foster collaborative client relationships.
• Identify system risks, monitor performance, and suggest optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a knowledge base to capture critical project information.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technology architect in supply‑chain or retail domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
