Operations Manager – MX Care+ System Integration

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize operational processes for the MX Care+ team, focusing on system integration and set‑up efficiency. Acting as a bridge between IT/dev teams and the Care+ business, the role drives requirements gathering, system analysis, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline system integration and set‑up processes for MX Care+.
• Lead tactical execution of system set‑up, including SKU creation and product mapping across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely deployment of systems and monitor performance metrics.
• Gather requirements, conduct system analysis, facilitate testing, and maintain documentation.
• Support internal and external partners in Korea and India, working outside US business hours 10‑15% of the time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management with a focus on system integration and set‑up.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive process improvement.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills; fluency in English (Korean preferred).
