Bilingual Talent Advisor – 2nd Shift (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a bilingual Talent Advisor to join its Springfield, TN team on the 2nd shift. This onsite, full‑time role focuses on driving employee engagement, development, and performance while supporting internal and external talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Implement programs that promote redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and effective communication.
• Inform talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead capacity.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills across multiple management levels.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work the 2nd shift (3 PM – midnight).

Required skills

• Understanding of HR and staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
