Bilingual Spanish‑Speaking Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC)

About the role

Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote, virtual practice. Work flexible hours you set, with full administrative support and a collaborative clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy sessions in English or Spanish to seniors via telehealth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and document care using the company’s EMR and AI documentation assistant.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with dedicated clinical leads.

Required profile

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) licensed in Florida.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Experience using electronic health record (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing (preferred).
