Bilingual Spanish Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

AT&T is hiring a part-time bilingual Spanish-speaking Retail Sales Consultant in Brandon, Florida. The role sits on the Retail team, where associates guide customers through the company's products and services, meet sales targets and earn commission. Bilingual candidates may receive additional starting pay.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers to the right solution with a consultative sales approach, using the full range of AT&T products and services
• Work with customers on the sales floor, creating personalized connections and meeting sales targets
• Take part in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Dedication to an excellent customer experience, problem-solving ability and a helpful attitude
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; no experience is needed because training and coaching are provided

• Pay of $48,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on whether sales goals are met, plus uncapped commission for top sellers
