Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

About the role

As a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative you will strengthen relationships with existing AT&T customers, presenting the latest technology and services. You will work on scheduled appointments, providing hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and issue resolution while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Upgrade existing customer relationships and promote AT&T products and services.
• Conduct in‑home demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, technology delivery and issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and commission‑based selling.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to match customer availability.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of commission‑based outside sales experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a company vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lb and work at heights up to 28 ft.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Tech‑savvy with ability to perform Wi‑Fi assessments and hands‑on product demos.
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.

What we offer

• Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000, paid in installments.
• Uncapped commission potential with total compensation ranging from $61,800 to $100,000 per year.
