Bilingual Sales Representative – Phone Sales (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Representative to join our phone‑sales team for a U.S. financial services firm that offers property tax loans. You will be the first point of contact for property owners with delinquent tax bills, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and transferring qualified prospects to licensed loan officers.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to property owners with delinquent tax bills.
• Answer inbound calls from owners responding to marketing efforts.
• Explain property tax loans clearly and simply, qualifying each contact on property type, debt size, intent, and urgency.
• Warm‑transfer or schedule qualified prospects with licensed loan officers.
• Follow approved scripts, disclosures, and compliance rules on every call.
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM to meet audit requirements.
• Consistently follow up on prior conversations and keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for dials, contacts, and qualified handoffs.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with a clear U.S. English accent.
• At least 2 years of phone‑based sales experience (cold calling, SDR/BDR, inside sales, or call‑center).
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound dialing and handling rejection.
• Empathetic, consultative phone manner and disciplined about documentation.
• Working knowledge of a CRM and/or dialer.
• Available to work U.S. business hours on‑site.
