As a Retail Customer Service Account Specialist I, you will be the first point of contact for JPMorgan Chase clients, delivering high‑quality support for a range of financial products. This fast‑paced call‑center position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and offers the chance to build strong customer relationships while contributing to the bank’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls (potentially over 100 daily) and provide comprehensive assistance on financial products.
• Interpret customer needs, deliver insights, and propose innovative solutions.
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while adhering to regulatory and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and refer non‑standard issues to supervisors.
• Maintain empathy, respect, and professionalism in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and speaking abilities in both English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of experience in phone or face‑to‑face customer interaction.
• Strong multitasking, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and cultural contexts.
• High school diploma or GED; higher education not required.
