Bilingual Manufacturing Line Lead (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Line Lead to oversee daily production operations in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires bilingual communication in Spanish and English and focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production line employees to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor production performance, output, scrap, and downtime; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues.
• Train and mentor employees on procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
• Communicate daily production goals and expectations to the team.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
