Bilingual French Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and clients across the US and Canada. The role is remote but requires residence within 50 miles of one of our many office locations. You will handle insurance‑related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure accurate information flow while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to address insurance questions and account details.
• Verify and enter customer information accurately into company systems.
• Process policies and related documents to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide support to other departments when workload demands.
• Consistently meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability for the specified shift schedules.
