Bilingual English/Spanish Support Specialist – Remote (US)

About the role

Odyssey is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Support Specialist to join its remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for families, students, school administrators, and vendors using Education Savings Account (ESA) and micro‑grant programs, helping them navigate the platform and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, high‑quality support to English‑ and Spanish‑speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist families and partners in understanding ESA program rules, application processes, and fund disbursements.
• Document interactions in the ticketing system and escalate complex cases to product or operations teams.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge‑base articles to improve self‑service resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and fraud prevention measures are upheld.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Experience in a remote support or call‑center environment, preferably in education or fintech.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple inquiries, and meet response‑time targets.
