Bilingual Customer Service Assistant (English‑Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Experience Department remotely. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for our immigration clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and informed throughout their case journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Manage case notifications, letters, timelines, and reports, keeping client files up‑to‑date.
• Follow up with clients, including those in “no cooperation” status, to gather required information and move cases forward.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth coordination with attorneys and staff.
• Use CRM and communication tools (Camplegal, Monday, Slack, Google Workspace) to log interactions and track performance.
• Meet established KPIs for call handling, follow‑ups, and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center, customer service, or related environment (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving, time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Camplegal.
• Experience using Monday.com for task management.
• Comfort with Slack for team communication.
