About the role

As a Credit Card Customer Service Account Specialist I, you will be the first point of contact for JPMorgan Chase’s credit card clients. Working in a high‑volume call‑center environment, you will deliver exceptional service in both English and Spanish, helping customers resolve inquiries and find solutions that meet their financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls (up to 100+ per day) for various credit card products.
• Interpret customer needs, provide accurate information, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while adhering to regulatory and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality.
• Document interactions and follow up on non‑standard issues as directed.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and speaking in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in phone‑based or face‑to‑face customer interaction.
• High school diploma or GED; higher education not required.
• Strong empathy, composure, and judgment when handling complex customer situations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
