Bilingual Consumer Care Representative (French/English)

About the role

Revlon is seeking a bilingual Consumer Care Representative to be the front‑line ambassador for its portfolio of beauty brands. Working three days a week from the Kenilworth, NJ office and remotely the remaining days, you will engage consumers across phone, email, social media, chat and other digital channels, delivering accurate product information and fostering brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for consumers via telephone, email, social media, web forms and chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, ingredients, usage, availability, promotions, shade selections and sustainability initiatives.
• Handle consumer inquiries, concerns, complaints and product‑related issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain and update the Consumer Information Center knowledge base to ensure consistent, compliant information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay consumer feedback and improve service processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong digital literacy and curiosity about emerging technologies and AI‑enabled tools.
• Professional, empathetic and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Passion for beauty products and willingness to develop deep brand expertise.
