Beverage Dispense Technician (Field)

About the role

This hands‑on field engineering position supports the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of Boxbar’s automated beverage dispensing systems across the United States. You will travel to customer venues, ensure equipment is safe and operational, and provide technical support during launch periods.

Key responsibilities

• Install, position, assemble, connect and commission Boxbar machines at new venues.
• Provide on‑site launch support, train venue staff, and troubleshoot initial issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical and dispense faults, and complete repairs in the field.
• Document installations, maintenance activities and communicate technical findings to product and engineering teams.

• Ability to work independently, travel regularly and follow safety procedures.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and ownership of issues through resolution.
