Behavior Technician – ABA Therapy for Children

About the role

As a Behavior Technician you will work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play‑based activities to foster communication, confidence, and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions following each child’s personalized treatment plan.
• Track progress, record data, and adjust interventions as directed by supervising behavior analysts.
• Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with BACA’s values to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment and meet the physical demands of client assignments.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old on the first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation.
• Meet state‑specific Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) requirements where applicable.
