Behavior Interventionist – No Experience Required

About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents across Los Angeles County. No prior experience is required – we offer training and support for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data.
• Support ABA treatment programs in both home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass TB test, criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply.
