Behavior Interventionist (ABA) – Part‑Time

About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center as a Behavior Interventionist providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data.
• Support ABA programs in home and school environments and assist in developing treatment programs for ASD.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required); higher education in ABA, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged.

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Data collection and documentation of client progress.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 based on experience and education.
