About the role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. You will welcome customers, recommend food and drinks, and prepare a variety of beverages. Strong knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, and wine is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patrons and take food and beverage orders.
- Check identification and ensure legal alcohol service.
- Prepare and serve drinks promptly.
- Maintain inventory and keep the bar stocked.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and manage customer tabs.
Required profile
- High school diploma; previous bartending experience preferred.
- Alcohol Server Training as required by local/state law.
- Engaging personality with open availability for nights and weekends.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25+ pounds.
Required skills
- Knowledge of mixed drinks.
- Knowledge of beer and wine.
