Barista – Homewood Mountain & Lake Club

About the role

Join the Homewood Mountain & Lake Club team as a Barista, crafting high‑quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering exceptional service to guests in a scenic, four‑season resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, teas, and specialty beverages following recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure prompt delivery of drinks and food.
• Maintain a clean, organized café area, including espresso machine, counters, and seating.
• Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, and ensure freshness of coffee beans, syrups, and milk.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations and recommend additional items to enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Current Food Handler certification or ability to obtain before start date.
