About the role

Landmark Hospitality is looking for a creative Banquet Chef to lead culinary operations for its upscale venues. You will design memorable dining experiences for guests and support the catering team in a fast‑paced, fine‑dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute banquet menus, manage ordering, and ensure high‑quality food production.
• Oversee all aspects of banquet service, from preparation to plating, while maintaining safety and organization.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and consistent performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a banquet or fine‑dining chef.
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests and management at all levels.

Required skills

• Current ServSafe certification.
• Menu development and ordering expertise.
• Proficiency with kitchen computer systems.
