About the role
The Bakery Production Worker joins Aramark’s food services team, rotating through key production tasks such as filling, wrapping, and packaging baked goods while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and supervise a continuous production line.
- Rotate among duties including filler machine operation, wrapper machine operation, packing and stacking boxes.
- Visually inspect products for quality and quantity.
- Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors or managers.
- Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures (Aramark and OSHA).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure security of company and client assets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in bakery production or a related role preferred.
- Validated knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to obtain a food safety certification.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for the duration of the shift.
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and handle extended walking/standing.
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
