About the role
Join the Buick GMC Service team in Dublin, Ohio as an Automotive Service Valet. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth vehicle flow through the service center.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
- Verify vehicle mileage, cross‑reference appointment details, and review preliminary scan findings with guests.
- Safely maneuver guest vehicles around the facility, securing windows and doors.
- Inspect returned loaner vehicles for damage, top off fuel tanks, and complete return documentation.
- Maintain a tidy, hazard‑free service drive, parking areas, and guest lounges.
- Assist Service Management with additional operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Active, valid driver’s license with ability to meet MVR requirements.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand, walk and stay active throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
