About the role

Join a high‑performing, customer‑focused authorized Volkswagen dealership in Gastonia, NC. As an Automotive Service Technician you will work in a clean, modern shop equipped with the latest Volkswagen diagnostic tools, delivering quality service on a variety of VW models.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles.
• Use factory‑approved diagnostic equipment and follow official service procedures.
• Complete warranty and recall repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and document findings clearly.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
