Internal Service Advisor – Automotive Service

About the role

Infiniti of Charlotte is expanding its service team and seeks a motivated Internal Service Advisor to coordinate repair orders, support technicians, and ensure smooth shop operations. This full‑time, onsite role is essential for maintaining communication across the service department, parts, and management.

Key responsibilities

• Open, track, and manage internal repair orders.
• Dispatch work efficiently to technicians and monitor shop progress.
• Coordinate with the parts department to secure timely parts availability.
• Maintain accurate documentation, repair order notes, and warranty processing.
• Support quality control, vehicle status tracking, and overall shop flow.
• Assist with internal vehicle processing and help improve technician productivity.

Required profile

• Previous automotive service or service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of automotive repair processes.

Required skills

• Experience with CDK dealership management system (preferred but not required).
