Service Technician

About the role

Join a growing dealership team as a Service Technician, working in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of automotive systems while ensuring customers receive timely updates on their vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair order tasks efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
