Automotive Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a certified Automotive Service Technician to join our Bentley High Point service team. The position offers a clean, temperature‑controlled workshop where you will diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair order tasks efficiently in line with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, including test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer‑service oriented team player.
• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
