About the role
We are seeking a certified Automotive Service Technician to join our Bentley High Point service team. The position offers a clean, temperature‑controlled workshop where you will diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform repair order tasks efficiently in line with dealership policies.
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, including test drives.
- Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs.
- Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
- Customer‑service oriented team player.
- Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
