Auto Claims Specialist, Bodily Injury

About the role

Zurich North America Claims offers a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in‑person collaboration. The Auto Claims Specialist will handle bodily injury auto claims and may report to one of several North American offices, including Atlanta.

Key responsibilities

• Handle auto bodily injury claims of varying complexity and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external attorneys on complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Establish and review reserves within authority limits, assess damages, and ensure legal compliance.
• Communicate proactively with customers, refer potential subrogation and fraud cases, and support marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of claims or insurance experience, or equivalent education and experience as outlined.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products.
