About the role

The Associate Project Manager (ACWIH) will support project coordination and administration within the Department of OB & GYN at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones for ACWIH initiatives.
• Coordinate communication among clinical, research, and administrative teams.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with university policies.
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring as directed.

Required profile

• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Current or former affiliation with the University of Arkansas System is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
