Associate Program Manager – Virtual Critical Care Services

About the role

Lead strategic projects for Virtual Critical Care Services, applying project management, change management and process improvement to drive exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing.
• Develop and execute an effective communication strategy with project stakeholders and program managers.
• Serve as instructor and coach for strategic program management training programs.
• Provide coaching and consulting engagements leveraging core project, change and process improvement capabilities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, public health, health care administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare operations, finance, industrial engineering or organizational development, including at least 1 year of project/change management or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Preferred certifications: CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Master Change Agent.
