About the role

ASL Financial, a boutique advisory firm, is seeking an experienced and ethical Associate Financial Advisor to support the principal across financial planning, tax, investment operations, and client service. The position is hybrid, based in Los Gatos, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and advanced planning support using NaviPlan.
• Assist with tax planning and preparation.
• Support investment operations and brokerage activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their financial goals.
• Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and conduct due diligence on prospective clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, tax preparation, estate planning, divorce financial analysis, or brokerage operations.
• Proven ability to learn new concepts and software quickly, with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, independent motivation, and a professional remote work setting.

Required skills

• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., NaviPlan).
