Associate, Revenue Analytics – AI Automation

About the role

Netflix is looking for an Associate to join the Revenue Analytics team within Business Finance & Strategy. The role focuses on building AI‑driven automation for revenue forecasting, subscriber analytics, and reporting, helping the company make data‑backed decisions about membership and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable, scalable workflows for revenue forecasting, subscriber analytics, membership reporting, and title performance.
• Own end‑to‑end data pipelines, dashboards, core tables, and ETL processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and observability.
• Automate recurring reporting and deploy AI‑powered self‑service tools, agents, and reusable skills with appropriate human oversight.
• Implement monitoring, anomaly detection, reconciliation, alerting, access controls, and versioned change management for critical data.
• Organize metric definitions, analytical methodologies, and business knowledge into structured repositories, tools, and playbooks to enable reliable AI outputs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to conduct quantitative analysis, build models, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical partners and senior leaders.
• Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with Python (preferred).
• Interest in AI and automation tools such as Claude Code or similar platforms.
