Associate Director, Trade & Distribution

About the role

The Associate Director of U.S. Trade & Distribution leads the operational execution of Servier's commercial channel in the United States. Reporting to the Senior Director, this position ensures that GPO contracts, chargeback processes, and revenue integrity initiatives are accurately implemented to keep product flow seamless and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Translate negotiated GPO contract terms into operational workflows and manage performance metrics for specialty pharmacies and wholesalers.
• Oversee daily chargeback adjudication, dispute resolution, and alignment with the Contract Management System.
• Lead EDI 852/867 data management, providing inventory and sales insights for accurate accruals and forecasting.
• Implement safeguards to prevent 340B duplicate discounts and protect margins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in supply chain or healthcare administration preferred.
• 8+ years progressive experience in pharmaceutical trade, market access, or commercial operations.
• Experience in oncology or rare diseases is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and business‑intelligence (BI) tools.
• Deep knowledge of EDI 852/867 data structures.
• Experience integrating data with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong understanding of Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) mechanics.
