Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison – Brain Tumor (Northwest)

About the role

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison will engage regional brain‑tumor thought leaders, gather insights, and shape brand strategy for Servier’s oncology portfolio. This position collaborates closely with brand marketing, medical, commercial and agency partners to deliver peer‑to‑peer educational programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, profile and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across the Northwest region.
• Integrate KOL insights into brand strategy to drive awareness and performance.
• Manage KOL activities at conferences, advisory boards and speaker‑bureau programs.
• Lead the design and execution of compliant peer‑to‑peer education platforms.
• Partner with field leadership and third‑party agencies to implement commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, thought‑leader engagement, or oncology commercial functions.
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Hematology/oncology experience and familiarity with vendor‑managed initiatives.
